While our products are non-returnable due to their edible nature, we understand that there may be instances where returns are necessary. Please review our policy below for more information:

Exceptions for Returns:

We offer a 2-day return reporting window (including holidays) from the date of delivery, however the reporting on care@aigiristore.com should happen within 12 hours of delivery for the following exceptions:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us on care@aigiristore.com within 12 hours of delivery with photos/videos and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email). We will initiate a full refund or replacement at no additional cost upon acceptance.
  2. Unsealed or Expired Products: If your product arrives unsealed or expired upon delivery, please email us on care@aigiristore.com withing 12 hours of delivery with photos/videos and proof of purchase. We will initiate a full refund or replacement at no additional cost upon acceptance.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs:

We cover the shipping cost for returns due to damaged, incorrect, or unsealed/expired products. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Discrepancies:

Please report any discrepancies related to your delivery (e.g., missing items, incorrect quantity) within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
