  1. Order Processing & Dispatch: We value your time. All orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • CITY SPECIFIC (Ahmedabad): Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM IST are dispatched for SAME-DAY DELIVERY via our hyperlocal partners.
  • PAN-INDIA: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Note: While we process orders via our automated system, physical handovers to couriers do not occur on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates will be provided to you upon checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.

3. Order Tracking (Whatsapp First):

  • Aigiri Natural’s is a tech-enabled brand. Upon dispatch, For Hyperlocal (Ahmedabad): You will receive Out for Delivery and Delivered Automated Whatsapp Message, For Rest of India: you will receive a 1-click tracking link directly on your registered WhatsApp number from where you can track your parcel.

4. Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within India (Bharat).

5. Shipping Carriers:

  • We use reliable shipping carriers such as Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Ekart Logistics, Xpressbees, Movin, BlueDart, DTDC, and any other reliable logistic company to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Failed Delivery (RTO):

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • ACCURATE DATA: The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address including a valid 10-digit mobile number.
  • FAILED DELIVERY: If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to: a) Charge a re-shipping fee for a second attempt. b) Deduct the two-way shipping costs (forward + return) from any refund if the order is cancelled due to non-delivery.

7. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
  • In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you via email with updated delivery estimates.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Our automated fulfillment engine moves rapidly. Once an order is “Processed” and an AWB (Tracking Number) is generated in our system, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified. This applies to website orders, WABA (WhatsApp) orders, and manual phone orders.
