At Aigiri Natural’s, we operate on a strict commitment to authenticity and quality. Because our products are consumable wellness items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE. We do not offer subjective returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions are made strictly for the following operational failures:

  1. Product Damaged in Transit
  2. Incorrect Item Delivered
  3. Expired Product Delivered

THE UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATE (MANDATORY EVIDENCE)
To claim a replacement or refund for the exceptions above, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video. The video must show the original, sealed package being opened, clearly display the shipping label and AWB, and highlight the damage or discrepancy.

  • Claims must be reported to care@aigiristore.com within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
  • NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO CLAIM. We will categorically reject any claims lacking this continuous video evidence to prevent fraudulent activities.

RESOLUTION PROCESS
Upon successful verification of your unboxing video, we will, at our sole discretion, issue a free replacement or a full refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. You are not required to ship the product back at your expense. If we require the item back for quality investigation, we will arrange and cover the reverse pickup.

CANCELLATIONS
We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation only before the order has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order is packed, handed over to our courier partners, and an AWB tracking number is generated, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES (SHORTAGES)
Claims regarding missing items or incorrect quantities must be supported by the mandatory unboxing video and reported within 48 hours of delivery to care@aigiristore.com.
